Galen is a Director and Client Advisor at Freestone, where he has been serving high-net-worth families since 2022. He is passionate about building strong relationships with his clients and being their trusted advisor, helping them confidently navigate personal and financial decisions. Before joining Freestone, Galen worked at a Bellevue-based RIA, where he provided guidance in cash flow planning, portfolio management, wealth transfer strategies, tax mitigation, lending solutions, and philanthropic planning. His experience allows him to offer comprehensive support tailored to each family’s unique needs.
Education
Galen earned a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Washington. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
Outside Freestone
Galen is an outdoor enthusiast who spends his summers hiking, golfing, and paddleboarding around Seattle with his wife. In the winter, he hits the slopes at Crystal Mountain while cheering on his Huskies and Seahawks. A passionate foodie, he loves exploring Seattle’s vibrant restaurant scene and is always looking for recommendations!
