Hayden joined Freestone in 2022 and is responsible for overseeing our traditional investment platform, including portfolio construction, investment research and communication across both internal and external audiences. Prior to joining Freestone, Hayden was a Portfolio Manager at Fulcrum Capital, collaborating and designing investment strategy and overseeing investment implementation. He began his career as an analyst at Russell Investments, supporting the foreign currency trading team.
Education
Hayden earned BA in Business Finance magna cum laude from Washington State University – Honors College. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations.
Outside Freestone
In his spare time, Hayden enjoys traveling throughout the Pacific Northwest and abroad with his wife and son. He also is a baseball fanatic and enjoys cooking, listening to podcasts and spending time outdoors. He serves as a Director for the CFA Society Seattle and member of the Finance Advisory Board for the Washington State University College of Business.
